(September 25, 2018, 10:04 am)I've been training with Jonathan from JAM Total Sport in an 8 week Muay Thai course held at Surrey Quays Decathalon - it's been a fantastic experience and one I'm very glad I tried. As I haven't been doing any exercise (other than walking) for the last 5-6 years, I signed up with my partner in the hope of kick starting a more active lifestyle again, and to learn correct Muay Thai form which we could continue practicing together after.
Jonathan is a very passionate and knowledgeable teacher, who pushes you to exceed your limits, he is welcoming to everyone of all fitness levels and a great ambassador for the martial art - encouraging the mental focus and correct form required, not just brute strength. Although I've been left pretty sore after some sessions as it is such a strong workout !! it's totally been worth it and has definitely got my confidence and excitement back to start working out again more. -

(June 25, 2018, 11:21 am)Johnathan has been giving me personal training sessions for a couple of months so far, I had been suffering from leg pain post running. He has taken me back to basics in terms of strength and fitness and then moved onto helping me with running technique. Its been great and I can now run faster and more importantly with no injuries. I would recommend Johnathan as he delivers an expert personal programme that works!
