  Owain is a fantastic chiropractor, extremely knowledgable and a very safe pair of hands. Sorted chronic issues I had for years. And you get an app afterwards with all the exercises!

  The only Chiropractor that finally fixed my back issues. I heard about Backspace through my father, and decided to book in with Owain (pronounced O-wine) and through his treatment, my chronic back issues have disappeared. Overall highly recommend this clinic above all others.

  Great Therapist Who Naturally Goes the Extra Mile
  
  I can confidentially say from each of my visits, Cecile takes the time to understand if I have had any challenges and the possible causes before she even starts the practical side of my session. She explains the alternative adjustments I can (must at times) make outside of my sessions to help eliminate my pain or discomfort. What is especially good is as a sports woman herself, she fully understands the root causes and side effects and unfortunately for me can tell if I have short cut any of the exercises she has given me.
  
  Cecile is sincere and genuine in the advise she gives and has been known give me a ticking off for not following her advise. But I can see that this is because she has a passion and genuinely cares about me/her clients. I recommend Backspace to anyone who will listen.

  I went to see Joe with a nagging shoulder injury and was impressed by the depth of information given. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so I knew exactly what the treatment entailed. I felt much better within a few sessions and was even provided a rehab plan with a number of exercises to do. Great clinic and great chiropractors, would definitely recommend.
