(December 13, 2018, 6:28 am)Met and spoke to the loveliest receptionist who was very apologetic that my appt was cancelled due to the doctor being unwell. As my phone wasn't working I didn't get her message so turned up at the doctors. After being offered the option to reschedule, I told her it was going to be difficult getting time off again after Christmas, so she went away and managed to squeeze me in with another doctor. What a star!!
