(October 13, 2016, 9:52 am)My first yoga experience was amazing, I felt so refreshed and at peace after my session. I attended the vinyasa yoga session on Saturday morning, the instructor was so helpful, professional and I found her energy very calming. It is quite an intense lesson as you will be told so if you're looking to feel like you're really working out then this is for you. Other wise ask for advice on which suits your personal needs :) also the studio is lovely, refreshments available which I thought was lovely! in short - I recommend this class

(July 24, 2016, 8:10 am)I came here the day before my flight to Canada, i was in San Sebastian eating for a full week pintxos and heaps of wine. I needed a detoxing class. The studio is easily accessible by tube about 5 min via Cockfosters. It is a hot vinyasa style class, it isn't really advertised at that so just be mindful of your expectation.
Good flow, good sequence... good teacher and ambiance, intimate space. Overall a great experience :) -

Teachers are encouraging, professional and manage to balance good personal attention a respect for personal space when needed. I liked how the centre caters for physical exercises, relaxation and something more deep if wanted.

(October 8, 2015, 4:50 pm)The North London Yoga Centre is a wonderful place. The teachers are excellent and cater for all levels and abilities. There are dynamic flow classes as well as gentle classes. There are also kids classes and pregnancy yoga, meditation and chanting sessions. I always leave feeling clear headed, relaxed and stress free!

(October 4, 2015, 12:32 pm)Wonderful studio with a good atmosphere. Everyone here is so friendly. There are a good variety of teachers teaching different styles of yoga and meditation. Loads of different classes from Monday to Sunday to suit different levels and abilities. Something here for everyone from the beginner to advanced, kids and pensioners.
