  Outstanding service. I had a niggling concern that I should change my gearbox oil as my Ford focus had reached 100k miles. I spoke with the manager of the service department who said Ford did not specify a change of oil requirement for transmissions. I just felt I'd like it to be changed anyway. He gave me what I thought was a very good price but when I went to collect the car the cost had been reduced by over 1/3 as the was easier than expected. They found my gearbox had a drain plug and so didn't need prop shaft removal (or something like that).
  Brilliant, friendly, personal service from a top Ford garage.

  Excellent service received today, I drove a 50 mile round trip as they were £80 cheaper for an oil service compared to the rip off dealers near me.
  A big thank you to Sally who was very pleasant, a great ambassador for Ford and nothing is too much for her. Also a nice environment where you do not feel like a number.
