(June 19, 2018, 3:06 am)Petts Wood Pilates is a beautiful intimate studio at the bottom of Ellie's garden. Ellie's approach is both friendly and professional and I've really noticed a difference in my posture, core strength, flexibility and all round health and fitness after just a few sessions.
