  So happy to be introduced to Body and Brain Putney! Ever since I have joined I have become healthier and happier thanks to their support and encouragement. Very kind and friendly atmosphere from the staff and everyone at class.

  Body and Brain showed me a new pathway of life that I can live healthier happier and more peaceful. Through the program you bring your mind to your body so your brain will be trained to live in the present. The technics are not just for the class you can use them in each moment of your life. Your energy will boost up and you can change your bad habits much easier. It not only help you to have better connection with yourself but also with your community. Body and Brain was the only place that I could experience real love to myself and to my society and creat hope within me that we can creat an harmonious society.

  This practice changed my life. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and open to everyone. The environment feels safe and friendly. I can’t recommend it enough, everyone should try it!
