1. Depth of product knowledge is impeccable
2. Advice,tips and suggestions is seconded to none the staff here more than willing to spend as much time as needed to help with your requests
3.local contractor data base,these guys have a whole range of good local trades they can recommend
4. price is very competitive with others and always willing to match or beat other
5. Delivery is seconded to none every time I have ordered it's usually same day or next morning and drivers are more than willing to help
All in all a good local family run business
