    An absolute gem of a butchers. Can't beat the produce that they stock here, it really is far superior to the pre-packed meat you get in supermarkets – it just tastes so much better. I'm a big fan of game, and Bashfords always has an amazing selection during the season which is perfect; pheasant, venison, rabbit – you name it, they either have it or will get it for you, and you know it's coming from an ethical source which is great. My kids go mad for their in-house chipolatas, and I'm always bugging them for bones to make my broth!. Fantastic traditional butchers with very helpful and very knowledgable staff. Can't fault it.

    Great little butchers with helpful staff. Will always offer advice if you need it. Lime to support the local small providers. Reasonable prices.
