(November 17, 2018, 5:24 pm)I live locally and have over the past year purchased two phones from the shop. Most recently an IPhone 6s which is immaculate no issues at all. I was sad to see some of these reviews saying service wasn’t great because in my experience the staff are always extremely friendly and understanding.
A month ago whilst purchasing my phone I placed a deposit down on a Laptop. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to afford and discussed with the manager who gave me a refund. I think this is excellent customer service from a local shop who I will continue to use for future purchases.
