I highly recommend Laurence. He is very honest. Today he repaired my 12 year old oven today because he said it was a good model and I am delighted not to have to purchase a new one. He recently advised my son not to repair a cheap unreliable dishwasher, thus doing himself out of work! We need more people like Laurence, who by the way is a very nice chap too. Great service. Laurence came round, diagnosed a worn out pump and within 2 hours I had a new pump fitted. It cost me £89 for the new pump and the labour. There was no call out charge and they were very efficient.
