The staff at this Home were fantastic with my disabled, non verbal niece. I can never express my gratitude for all their hard work and dedication. Special thanks to her keyworker Lisa and to manager Jo for always fighting our corner.

My daughter lived at Footsteps care four four years and this was the most stable placement she had.
The staff gave so much time to her and changed a lot of her behaviours that eventually she was able to return home to live.
When she was at Footsteps the staff even managed to get her back into a school placement which I never thought would happen. They gave her so much support in her education and helped her achieve so much. The staff are calm and well trained to manage difficult situations. They all knew how to support her epilepsy and on the few occasions she was in hospital with her health, the staff were at her bedside 24/7 still attending to her needs.
They were all a parent at a time I couldn’t be and for that I will always be greatfull.
The manager was really supportive to me and when my daughter came home at weekends, I was able to ring the manager anytime for help. She was always available.
My daughter had a lovely private room at Footsteps and they really personalised it for her. She ate very well and they had lots of lovely treats and activities.
