I warmed to Paul as my daughter and I arrived to look at and test drive a Fiesta automatic. He gave me the key and said 'Enjoy yourselves'. I have bought and sold a few cars this past few years and Paul is a delight to deal with. Passionate, very customer focused and being a mechanic, truly knowledgable.
He agreed to change a perishing tyre and replace the rear exhaust which was blowing.
The Fiesta was being cleaned as I arrived to pick it up and is a delight to drive.

Very happy with the car we bought. Paul knows his cars and is clearly passionate about his trade. The difference in quality between other car show rooms and his clearly showed a genuine interest in selling good cars. He even lent us a tool so we could try and sort the problem with our old car.
