Immediately I returned and they were more than happy to help. They looked at my car next and fixed this issue at no extra cost. They cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to me which was great. Once again thanks.

(June 14, 2017, 5:48 am)After some cretin crashed into my Fiesta overnight and didn't leave a note, my insurer sent me to Grove Autos (GA).
The damage was pretty bad, resulting in replacement of two doors, wing mirror, body work, paint work, hub caps etc. To make matters worse, I was due to drive on holiday with baby and wife a week later, and GA were really busy with a long to do list.
I implored how urgently I needed the car back, and the predicament I would be in without it (fully paid up holiday awaits!). Andy and Alan (and their team) were true gents, not only fast-tracking the repair and fix up, but also doing an immaculate repair job. Very nice guys, and I am very impressed with the excellent customer service.

(November 18, 2016, 2:46 pm)Used as part of an insurance claim but feel I have discovered a hidden treasure that I would be prepared to use again and have no hesitation in recommending. Treated courteously and professionally throughout. Fantastic quality of work to the untrained eye. My friend is a mechanic who also checked out the work - and said it was also a brilliant job to the trained eye!
