    Fantastic studio space with top of the range facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reason to keep fit this new year!

    Great place with amazing facilities very helpful and patient staff and instructors who were amazing with me as i had no clue what i was doing when i first started and was made to feel very welcome

    Both class and private sessions here have been amazing. The atmosphere is always friendly and professional.
    I've competed in combat sports for many years and find that Pilates has helped me work on my stabiliser and core muscles which can often be ignored when doing heavy lifting or strength/power training programme.
    You're only ever as strong as your weakest link. Thanks to the team at Classical Pilates I can now reduce the risk of injury and be a better all round competitor.
    Pilates with this team gets the thumbs up from me. Thank you Classical Pilates ????
