  We purchased a leasehold flat listed by Darren Monks, and we were very happy with the service he provided. We were first time buyers and he took the time and effort to make sure we knew what was going on, communicating clearly at all stages. He came across trustworthy, and just the right level of pushy to make things happen. Will definitely consider him first if we ever need to sell.

  Darren Monks was brilliant throughout the process from the initial valuation to completion. I had to rely on him on all aspect of the transaction as I was away on business most of the time I was able to trust his judgement and his negotiating skills. As a result his charm and Judgement lead to a successful sale ! Charming and Brilliant !

  Jess and team did a great job letting my property, keeping me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and being straight from the outset re pricing. Honest, practical agents with very reasonable fees. Having worked with Lawson Rutter on many lettings I would highly recommend them.
