We came in here to get a second hand phone unlocked, as that seemed to be the reason that it wasn't working with the SIM. The owner unlocked it, discovered that it still wasn't working, tested the sim in one of his phones, and finally determined that the phone itself wasn't working (though he wasn't sure why). As we weren't leaving with a working phone, he didn't charge us. Very friendly and efficient service! I saw him interact with a couple of other customers too. I'm sure that he will look for your interests, and will treat you more than fairly.
