  We called Homecure as we had already been without heating and hot water for 4 days and the company we have a plan with could not diagnose the fault, after sending 3 different engineers to us and replacing various parts of the boiler and having a new meter fitted. Josh really took the time to look for a solution and it was clear that he was more experienced than the engineers previously sent to us. His lateral thinking lead to was was actually a really simple solution and we are so happy to now have heating and hot water in this cold weather. Thank you so much Homecure.

  A couple of weeks ago, my boiler went down. The company who installed it were unavailable and the warranty company did not have anyone available either.
  I found Homecure through search, they were available to discuss the issue and had an engineer to me that day. Jack was polite, explained the fault and was able to source the parts, collect and install them that evening.
  
  I’m grateful I didn’t have to take a day off and wait for an all day call when the warranty company could have eventually got someone over.

  We use Homecure Plumbers on a regular basis as we have a few properties. All issues have been resolved, great communication from all staff at Homecure.
