  Amazing Local Studio! I frequent her studio at least twice a week and I love seeing the amazing changes to my body. What is special about the owner is that she is able to read your body so well and then knows exactly what exercises are more beneficial for your body.

  Dawn is a welcoming, friendly and amazing Classical Pilates teacher, she’s very intuitive with what my body needs. I’ve been taught by Dawn for five years and love my lessons in the Garden Studio!

  I wanted smaller classes and really enjoy my group mat classes. Dawn is an exceptional teacher. I look forward to my sessions and would absolutely recommend joining her studio. I would give 6 stars if it were possible!!!

  Excellent local studio that teaches classical Pilates. I love the classes with Dawn. She has worked wonders on my back problems and now I can straighten myself without the pain I used to get. Lovely garden studio. I’m now a regular and come every week.

The owner of Pilates Dynamics in Redbridge, Dawn Francis, qualified as a Classical Pilates Instructor in 2012, having trained with Power Pilates based out of New York. She went on to further her education with Pilates Nation and Pilates Passport in North London.
