(February 3, 2015, 9:24 am)I have been using James for a couple months now and he has been amazing. Upon our first session he spoke about what I aim to achieve, he acknowledged my body type and advised me if my goal was achievable and how to get to my personal goal.
I have previously had poor posture this was mainly due to my desk job so James had demonstrated exercises which will broaden my posterior muscles to get me back into shape. He then showed me different stretches to use at work which will aid my back.
James is very knowledgeable and explains in depth what muscles you work with individual stretches and exercises and he also advises you on which foods to eat and avoid to maintain a healthy lifestyle making him more valuable than a personal trainer.
I can not recommend James Woodhouse Fitness highly enough.
