The design of the bank is been thought to drive you to the self-service machines on the right and feels a bit cold as there is no one to welcome you in. Staff are at the very back of the bank so you might doubt where to go initially.
Location is good as is in the middle of high St Kensington and only 3 minutes from the tube station.
I only waited 3 minutes for my turn at the only open counter, so it was fine. I was not keen on the dividing glass at the counter as it is open vertically in the centre and it does not feel right. The sound from the staff behind the counter was not the best also. -
