*This is a review of Dr Raja's practice*. I have no complaints at all about the doctors here - they are all caring, thorough and well informed, and you can actually pre book appointments, unlike many surgeries. I have never been rushed in an appointment. And appointments are usually available when you need them. Those things are the most important aspects of a doctors' practice. The reception area is a bit of a let down as they only have one receptionist at a time, who has to deal with telephone calls and a queue of people at the same time, but the receptionists do their best and are always very polite and helpful. It's a pity that blood tests are not done in the surgery as going to another location takes up valuable time when you're working 9-5. But this is a very good surgery nonetheless.
I experienced a seamless experience at the Kenton Bridge Medical Centre with a very high degree of professonalism from all the staff and GP's, in particular when booking an appointment. Well done!
