  I have dealt with ENAM Property Management for a number of years and they have been first class. They manage two rental properties in Canary Wharf for me, successfully finding tenants since 2013. They now also manage my apartment block on Upper Holloway. This is a bigger job but dealt with in the same professional manner as my other two properties. A company I would not hesitate to recommend.

  I respectfully disagree with the negative comments, I found ENAM property management to be an absolute pleasure to work with! Matthew and his team were quick off the mark with all of their responses to my questions on on e-mail which was extremely reassuring.
  They housed my daughter and her uni friends, and as a parent I felt my daughter was in safe and trusting hands when it came to her residency.
  I am grateful for all of their hard work and help!
  Would highly recommend.

  Recently moved in and was asked to do a review. Dealt with Adam throughout the whole process.
  
  Long story short, moved in within three days, referencing was very smooth and I was kept informed the whole way through.
  
  Loved the honesty, showed all of the faults/issues in the property rather than hiding them like most agents. Having issues with the shower, which is the only reason I have given a 4 instead of 5. Highly recommended though.

  I had been dealing with Matthew for months in relation to a property I (have now) rented and he has been very professional, diligent and friendly throughout the entire process. He was honest the whole way through and even under the usual pressures of renting a room (this stretched out for over 4 months), he'd always kept me up to date and continued being assertive and ensuring all parties were doing what they needed to do! I would not have enjoyed this experience at all if it weren't for Matthew Benson - so thanks again!
