He fixed my phone which no repair shop could fix and best of all I didn't have to pay anything, he already knew what was wrong with my phone way before I could even finish explaining the issue
I'm not with tesco mobile but he still treated me as if I was. I would definitely consider moving to tesco mobile just for the service I get here.

The guys here are so helpful and take the time to explain everything and/or correct things for you. I cannot recommend the staff here too much. Very satisfied with the customer service.
