    Had a great experience at Surrey Quays Dental Practice today. Mr. Schmidt is very skillful and professional dentist. His friendly approach really helps me ease my nerves. I would definitely come back in the future.

    Have put off going to the dentist for years and finally had to bite the bullet.

    Everything was great. The receptionist was polite and efficient, Dr. Kershaw was friendly, explained every procedure to me, as well as my future treatment options, without ever pushing me to go for an expensive private option.

    I'm very happy to come back here in the future.

    Best experience I have had at the dentist’s! Fantastic customer service, efficient and knowledgeable doctor and staff. I am pregnant and they were all extremely mindful of that, the dentist explaining what he was doing at every step (I only got a check up and a filling) and reassuring me it would not harm the baby in any way.

    This practice and the staff are absolutely amazing. I am so grateful to Dr. Schmidt who has had a lot of patience in treating someone as anxious as myself and to whom I’ve gone back time and time again with worries which he’s always addressed and listened to. As someone with the level of dental anxiety that I have I consider myself so very lucky to have found this practice, which, like many others have said, is absolutely wonderful in their approach to dealing with these issues. I really value the doctor-patient understanding necessary to diagnose and treat someone successfully and Dr. Schmidt offers that.
