  I went today Sunday Dec 9th to this branch, I must say, it was a good experience all in all, but a couple of pickups! My phone is fixed on the same day, and the man was polite and professional. I went to get my note 8 screen and back glass replaced, I was told it will be 1h30m but I think I ended up waiting slightly longer, then my phone was returned to me, with a used back glass, I was told to return another time to get a new back glass as they realised they did not have a new one. I'm a little disappointed with this, as I paid in advance and paid £299, I now have to return and wait there again. When I tried asking him to give me a discount and leave the used back glass on, he said you already paid for a new one! Never the less, I understand the world isn't a perfect place. Mistakes happen, apart from this, the branch is small, looks very impressive and modern at first, but seems that Samsung decided to skimp on cleaners... floor was quite dirty.. we'll see how clean it is next weekend! Lol

  It was a nice experience for now, the support guy was very helpful. Placed an order for SIM Tray and was told to collect after 2 days. Fingers crossed, hope they get it in time.
