  Sylwia is an amazing nutritionist, I have benefit greatly from all her advice, I have done three programs either and felt well supported and encouraged, now feel more energetic, healthier and happier! As well as more conscious about food, she also gives great variety of options so you can be flexible when you are busy, I can’t recommend her enough! Thanks for your passion of what you do!

  If you are looking for an amazing nutritionist who will turn your life around, look no further!!! Sylwia cured my thyroid issues, polycysyic ovaries amongst 100 other things which came up as she was exploring my health and well-being... she is a true practitioner of functional medicine looking at you as a whole, providing truly holistic advice. She changed the way I eat, I shop, I think and many other things. Worth every penny!

  If I could give seventeen stars above this review, I will give eighteen. But starting from the beginning, I'm a 6'7" guy who was struggling with body weight whole his life. Up and down, from great shape to second level obesity. Sylwia has showed me the way to lose weight in a few steps and follow them to reach my goals. I've change my eating habits in the last few moths, felling better and above all, I've lost more 6 stones / 24 kg in 5 months. The results speak for themselves. Sylwia, apart from that, is a very positive and open person from whom it is nice to talk. Chapeau bas Sylwia, You are doing great job.

  I can not recommend Sylwia highly enough, she has helped me change the habits I have had all my life and now my sugar levels are balanced. I feel healthier and happier as a result and no longer crave sweet things. Sylwia is amazing, always encouraging and so knowledgeable. I wish I had met her years ago!

  Sylwia is amazing! She is thoughtful, very knowledgeable, insightful and methodical. Working with her has been a real gift to me and a great decision. She has opened my eyes to so many things about living better and healthier. I reached out to her after months of unusual weight gain and other health problems. After talking to her I felt relieved: she provided a clear path for me based on my lifestyle and circumstances. Now I feel healthier, more energetic and confident in my food choices. I love her holistic approach and her advice and suggestions are fantastic. Sylwia is also very comforting and super friendly. I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone who wants to eat well and generally, feel their best!
