  I would strongly recommend Paul Meakin Estate Agents for the excellent service they provide for selling a house locally. Emma was very passionate when first visiting and the resulting marketing brochure was extremely creative and her pricing of the property was realistic. Viewings were arranged very efficiently by her knowledgeable and very friendly team.

  I would certainly recommend Paul Meakin Estate Agent. I am a first time landlord having bought a flat in January 2018. They've found me very good tenants, taking care to ensure they have gone through the tenancy agreement carefully and explained their responsibilities. I've always been kept fully informed at every step, viewings, references etc. I deliberately used them rather than a larger chain of Estate Agents as you really get the personal service and whenever I ring or email, they get straight back to me. Croydon Council have a licensing scheme and a lot of the essentials, such as deposit security, anti-social behaviour are all covered by Paul Meakin.

  During this difficult time Paul Meakin made it easier for us through constant communication, ensuring that the long and stressful process went smoothly. If it wasn’t for the way that Paul Meakin dealt with the situation, we are pretty sure that our property would not be in our possession today.
