(September 20, 2017, 12:29 pm)After reading the other reviews we were concerned about the legitimacy of this business but Josh explained they've undergone a change in management and after asking for additional reassurance he arranged for us to speak with the existing tenant and landlord before paying any money. We have since moved into the property, the landlord received the rent and deposit and this has been put in a secure protection scheme which we have the certificate for. Thanks again for your help Josh.

(September 16, 2017, 12:41 pm)I had a one year tenancy for a studio flat from LRS till last week. On one hand the plumbing in my bathroom wasn't perfect, but on the other hand the flat was attractive and completely newly renovated. And I got my deposit in full back from the DPS just one week exactly after vacating, which I'm very grateful for, that was pretty fast when you consider that you have to allow up to five days for the transfer from the DPS to go through. The person at LRS who dealt with me most, by phone and email, was always friendly, professional and very helpful, every time.
I had two problems at the start of my tenancy, but they were both caused by contractors (builders and an electrician outsourced by LRS, I think)... 1) very bulky things left piled up against the house in the front garden(freezer, bed frame, big planks of wood...) preventing BT from installing a broadband line for the front of the house. 2) the fire alarm system hadn't been completed and then wasn't completed properly. But as it was contractors who caused these problems, it wasn't directly LRS's fault.
