(November 6, 2018, 5:32 am)Discovered the Sydney Arms having explored the woods. What a delightful find, great menu, reasonable cellar everything you need from a Pub. Only had the homemade soup which was really good and a drink, but the lunch platters looked delicious. Certainly intend to visit again when time permits.

(September 3, 2018, 8:56 am)Bit rough at times (though it is mostly friendly) and too expensive when it comes to some of the drinks. Forgetting about that it has a nice bar area where one can relax watching some sport on the screens. The other area is more for eating. I've ate here once and it was pretty good. Outside area is nice an all. If you like walking, head over to scadbury park across the road before heading to the pub. after you've had your pint and are needing to relieve yourself you can do so whilest reading some notes on the history of the local area above the urinals.
