I enjoyed my second natural lift healing and distressing facial with Julia and I can only describe it as ‘heavenly’. Julia is a lovely, caring, knowledgable therapist. I would definitely recommend a visit to this little haven of peace.

The Upminster Complementary Healing & Teaching Sanctuary is the dream child of Julia Elizabeth Massey. J ulia, an experienced Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Spiritual Healer and Teacher, created this self contained Therapy Centre in 1998 within gardens that have been cultivated and nurtured since the early 1970's.
