(October 19, 2018, 10:58 am)My very first experience was a little frustrating, having to ring to make an appointment only on the day. When its something non urgent, it means having to take half a morning or sometimes a whole day off work, however this was 2 years ago and since it is much better, nicer, appointments are pretty much on time, it is also a little easier to get appointments. Both doctors and nurses are lovely and helpful. They helped with an emergency prescription over the phone and I was able to collect it locally without having to go to the surgery, they have helped where other surgeries I've been to haven't. While I can't speak for all patients, I found that the staff there really do their best to help you.
