  From smart local pub to very smart resto, a Sunday walk-in led to a phenomenal lunch and great wine. You pay for the privilege - but not egregiously - and the service is excellent.

  We went for the vegetarian tasting menu, the food was very tasty and they were really creative. Surely the chef must have put a lot of effort of making this menu, we would imagine vegetarian menu is much harder to create than the meat one. None of us are vegetarian actually, we simply just want a change and try something different.

  Had our a wedding reception there and it was excellent. Food was cooked perfectly and a fine selection of drinks. Staff were very attentive. Definitely recommend for any occasion or if you looking just for an excellent meal. Will certainly be visiting again in the future.

  We have dined at the Dysart many times over the years, and it is always special. Fabulous staff -Barney is a complete star and makes everyone feel welcome; an interesting and delicious menu and a great wine list. The tables are well spaced and the noise level not an issue at all (unlike many other places these days!) Whenever we have a special occasion or just fancy a meal out, we head to the Dysart.
