    I contacted Denis in a bit of a panic as I'd strained my hamstring 2 weeks before a 70.3 triathlon. Was wooried that I would not be able to compete. Denis called me back on a Sunday - we had not even met- and did a basic diagnosis on whether I had a tear or a strain and once that had been established he immediately sent me a basic rehab programme and advice on treatment. No waffle, no bs, just solid advice and action. Then I had 3 sessions with him and we went through a series of optimal loading exercises, building up the intensity as the hamstring recovered. Long story short; did the 70.3 and ran the 21k which 2 weeks prior I would never have thought possible. All credit to Denis' modern, practical, no nonsense approach. Highly recommend his practice to anyone with physio needs. AOR

    This is the first Google review I have ever written of anything! But I had to recommend Denis because he has been so helpful in getting me back running pain free. He is friendly, positive and extremely efficient, and I recommend him without hesitation.

    Denis is brilliant. Puts you at ease, keeps you infirnin with what physio you need and is a charming man who helped me sort my shoulder out. Highly recommended.

    Denis is absolutely brilliant, really knows his stuff and got me back up and running after quite a serious ankle injury! Would certainly recommend him to anyone, he will make sure pain goes away and follow up to restore full movement!

    If you’re looking for a physio then I would definitely suggest going to Denis. I’ve seen him twice, with different issues and on both occasions he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me exercises which resolved it in no time. Denis is professional and extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him!
