I am a fussy person. I expect excellence. When I do not get it, I walk away, review and never return. To get 5 stars is unheard of when it comes to my critiquing. BUT, I cannot think of a thing that needs improvement at this place....

Cappuccino, Americano, toast (with heaps of butter) and the BEST beans on toast (it’s seems to be the simple things that people struggle to get just perfect) all for under £8!!
Plenty of parking, lots of choice for plants of all kinds, the coffee shop has LOTS to offer, spotless kitchen/deli area, comfy chairs and clean loos! What’s not to like!
