  I was introduced to TM as someone who was VERY sceptical of meditation and similar practices, but TM completely took me by surprise. Really cannot express how worth it it is, and how easy it is, and having a 1-to-1 session followed by group sessions was really conducive to learning - it was good to hear other peoples experiences and how they matched your own, and differed in some ways too. 11 months in and I feel much calmer, less anxious and generally so much better in every aspect of my life. James and Carla were great teachers, with an eagerness to help at every turn and really accommodating.

  I would like to thank Carla and James for wonderful experience for me, my husband and twins. We all very much enjoyed the sessions and are very grateful for such welcoming and loving attitude from both of them.

  A great place to learn TM, a welcoming and beautifully calm environment. Life is much more enjoyable since learning TM, I now experience a level of positive focus and inner peace that I did not have before, I recommend to all.

  TM practice is like a safe home to go back to .
  I have started this journey more than a year ago, with Carla and James which are incredible in what they do!!! Friendly, experienced and warm , the atmosphere is just amazing and motivating.
  TM has been an essential friend, and it helped me to go through changing times... sometimes, all you need is a way to go back to that place you didn't know you've left. :)

  I attended the 4 day course with my partner. James and Carla were excellent instructors, being both professional and knowledgable. The course was very interesting and they made abstract concepts easy to understand. It was overall a very enjoyable experience from which we are already beginning to see the benefits.
