Heard no complaints from any of us and we were 19 people. Really helpful staff when booking also. I RECOMMEND highly for Christmas meals etc. Festive menu was spot on :D ????☃️✨????????????????????

(December 12, 2018, 6:34 am)Have been here on many occasions. As a big party and a couple. In the summer is fab for a drink by the river watching the boats go by. In the winter for a cosy roast and glass of wine.
Food is lovely and caters for all. Do ask for the vegan menu- even if you are not vegan as there are some extra dishes and gorgeous puddings.
Personally I love my roast with plenty of gravy, which it doesn’t come with. But always ask for more and always makes my dinner perfect.

(November 21, 2018, 4:10 pm)Wow! Not only did we have a great server (James) but the food and drinks were made perfectly. We chose to order from the £22pp two course menu and the elegantly presented food tasted amazing. Already suggesting this place to our family and friends!

This place has a lot to offer. It's always a great atmosphere and great place to be. The food is always good and the portion are sensible. The drinks menu has a good selection. The service is always very good the staff are always willing to help. If I am here for just a drink I could stay here for ages and on colder nights sitting by the fire is just so lovely.
