  Recently I bought an NX300h and I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and helpful nature of all the staff. I visited the location multiple times where I was seen by Steve Higgott who took me for a test drive and explained clearly to me all the features and was generally very knowledgeable on the car. He didn't put any pressure on me to purchase the car but gave me enough time to make my own decision and was extremely patient. I had a couple of aftersales queries about the car operation which he dealt with promptly and to a high standard to ensure that I was happy and comfortable when using the car. I would highly recommend Lexus Croydon and in particular, Steve Higgott. Thank you for all your help.

  Been looking to buy a new car for a year. Went to Lexus Croydon. We received great customer service, great knowledge of cars, wonderful test drive. And guess what we went home with a brand new Lexus. We would like to thank Matt Comer for helping us to choose right car for our family.
  We visited 10+ showrooms/ car dealership.

  I had to take my car to Lexus Croydon, as my car had a problem with the start up Battery. Heather (Staff Member) dealt with my car whilst it was in the garage. I was very impressed by the service and professionalism by Heather and including all the staff from start to the end. From my experience of dealing with them, they were attentive with great communication, they were honest and went above and beyond. My car was given a full valet and was returned to me in immaculate condition. A very Happy customer.

  Can't recommend highly enough, Martin and Ash were great! I really appreciate when I dont feel pressured whilst also getting the correct information so that I can make an informed decision. Great job guys

  I would recommend Lexus Croydon to all my friends. They make you feel like you are part of a family, not a customer. Their staff are knowledgeable, and allow you to make your mind up in your own time. I was offered a test drive at home which i found very useful.
