    I popped in while heading to the motorway for a long journey as I had a screw in a tyre. They were very attentive and helpful and tried to minimise the pain of having to replace 3 tyres. The also told me about my low brakes. The price was higher than I was used to as I'm not in the Purley area but it was good quality for money.

    Sid and his engineers were able to source and replace my leaking break caliper in around two hours. Great service, will do business with them again.

    Friendly staff who take customer care really seriously, great service and attention to detail unlike most tyre shops.

    As a young-ish single woman, I'm always wary of garages assuming I know nothing about cars and trying to overcharge me. That was certainly not the case at Precision Auto Works. They gave me a quick, honest, affordable fix and even offered to hold my car overnight so that I wouldn't need to leave work early to fetch it. The best part of the job was the video clip, which was sent to my mobile of the job done on my car. I wouldn't hesitate to use this garage again!

    Superb service. Everyone of the chaps were wonderful, professional and happy. It makes a huge difference when people make you feel like a valued customer. Costs were as advised, timescale to the minute.
