  Great location, two restaurants on site and a cafe. Drop one star because on the the day of checking out the maid service knocked on our door at 9am (check out is at 12) also the bathrobes are heavily use; the one that I used the belt was almost completely ripped. Overall we had a great time here.

  My second visit and I loved it. Location is great with all the landmarks in walking distance. Food & service are excellent, staff are great.

  It's hard to find a hotel with a king size bed, well this one has them. Gym is perfect with a large pool, steam room and sauna. Room service is 24/7 and the lobby bar is also 24/7. I was a comfortable stay. Oh walking distance to the Abby, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and more.

  A very elegant, modern style Hotel, great views of Parliament and the London Eye. See the locals living in their flats, right across the way, from the front of the hotel. A four star hotel, that deserves the rating. Everyone was helpful from the front to the back. Front desk, valet and bartenders, all made a favorable impression, with a high likelyhood to return.

  Excellent hotel, staff was on top of it. Food service was decently priced, I was expecting a lot higher. Room was large, we had the king bed with living room split. Very good location, central to just about everything to see enough walking around, and a couple undergrounds nearby. Also, some cabs line up outside if preferred, which for family of 4 made sense for us a couple times.
