(August 4, 2018, 10:38 am)Stans gym is great. It reminds me of a Rocky Balboa gym which I love. Stan is the nicest guy always happy to help you and joins in on sessions which is great to see from a owner. The people that attend are so nice no posers just people trying to better theirselfs.

(April 6, 2018, 7:37 pm)Stan's such a lovely guy - joyful & knows his training. Old school bodybuilder vibe of a gym so perfect for those who aren't shy of hitting the plates - amazing studio with boxing bags to finish out a session. Worth the money & so fairly priced too
