(March 21, 2017, 12:21 pm)Ananda is the best yoga teacher I have had. She has a lovely studio in Wallington where you are made very welcome. Her classes are suited to everyone from the experienced student to a beginner. She has a very soothing voice and give clear instructions to follow as well as demonstrating. I leave her classes feeling marvellous. They are very relaxing and your mind is stilled but at the same time you feel invigorated and your body has been strengthened and become more flexible.

Amanda is a great yoga teacher with a very calming voice .
She is very professional but friendly, its also nice in a small group at her house.
So come and try ,its a mixed class of all different ages, some are beginers like me and some advanced
You will really enjoy it.. try something new. -

(March 20, 2017, 11:43 am)I cannot put into words how much difference going to Yoga with Ananda has made to my life. I wish I had started to go before. I find the whole experience of the classes amazing, I feel like a new person and can't wait to book my next class when I get home. I would highly recommend Ananda's classes, they are full of positivity, make you happy and feel satisfied. Excellent and a lovely lady to be taught by!
