(July 31, 2018, 5:17 pm)Booking my appointment was very easy! I applied online since i was in no rush, and they got back to me the same day. The person i spoke to was very nice. I went in and the reception was extremely welcoming. While waiting, we spoke and she definitely helped the experience since she was very easy to talk to. The vet i had was very calm and certainly knew what he was doing! Which shouldn't be surprising, but I've had poor experiences with some vets. The staff explained information well and i would definitely make them a regular since my experience was wonderful. This should be the standard for every vet clinic!
