  Pukka place very easy

  Open space, wildlife, great view over to London skyline (ignoring the electricity pylons).

  Fantastic woodland.
  See a few police even strolling through the park

  Regularly catch 30 + fish in a day on Horseshoe Lake with 5-7 lb carp coming out often although there are often matches on this lake of a weekend
  
  Wagtail lake is harder with far less bites and fish although I've had bigger out of here with a couple of 8lb and 1 12lb carp.
  
  Lakes are clean and well maintained and there are hard standing toilet facilities here that are kept in a very clean condition!
  
  I'd definitely recommend this venue, Horseshoe is ideal for young/beginner anglers as you'll struggle not to catch something!
