  Once you get past the insta- tastic Hackney hipster vibe, it's a great gym: instructors are excellent, beautiful polished concrete / nicely lit rooms with quality equipment. Great range of classes and decent value if you buy in bulk.

  BLOKFIT is one of my favorite classes in London. I leave every class with such a sense of achievement. Caleb and Kenny's 60min sessions at the weekend will have you working harder than you ever thought possible(same can be said for all the 45min sessions)!! Couldn't recommend it enough!

  Worth it for the juices and smoothies alone, all organic and freshly made. The staff is lovely and welcoming. It's a beautiful studio! Caleb and Keith's classes are AMAZING and fun!

  Top gym with excellent classes and some exceptional instructors with thankfully cracking music prefs! Really welcoming, friendly staff and stylish facilities. I pay a monthly membership which is well priced if you use the facilities at least once a day. Late fees are quite high which sometimes cannot be helped so that's a downside, as is the oversubscription to some classes as Studio 1 doesn't really have space for more than twelve people, and the changing rooms are really pokey - but all in all this is my favourite gym in all of London by a distance

  Ridiculously trendy boutique gym, but friendly trainers conducting well designed classes. Small, but functional changing rooms and good showers. Can hang around after with a good cup of coffee too.
