He also assisted me in purchasing a replacement part by giving me the product code over the phone and by recommending a plumbers merchants to buy it from. This helped save additional time and money.
I would definitely recommend his services. -

(February 3, 2017, 12:00 pm)Paul is a an honest, efficient and straight to the point Engineer. I was confident our boiler problem would be fixed just from speaking to him over the phone, which he picked up even when I called a little after his hours of operation. We had no hot water for a few months and had had a cowboy engineer look at it (literally), charge us loads of money then not turn up to finish the job. Paul came in the day I called him and diagnosed the fault in no time. He came back when he said he would and fixed the problem like majic. Thanks for the first class service Paul, and you don't deserve 5 stars but 6! :-)
