  My Daughter went for yoga n she had such a lovely time lots of other kids were their too she loved every single minute of it.. the place was very comfy friendly good layout everything was done so thoughtfully vibrant colours very welcoming very impressive I am going to send my Daughter all the time there ????

  Just attended a kids yoga class today. It was fantastic and both my daughters loved it! Punam is wonderful with the kids and brings lots of fun to the teaching of yoga to little ones. I would highly recommend this session!

  Punam is a very dedicated tutor, she take good time to know her students and to prepare a personal class for all, the studio is calm, peaceful and warm. I recommend Punam to anyone looking for a professional and enthusiastic class and you won’t be disappointed!

  Great yoga experience with Punam, who was very kind to introduce me to the basics of yoga. She took extra time to understand my needs and what I wanted to achieve within the yoga sessions I attended. I did one to one sessions who are very individual to what a person can do and wanting to achieve. Looking forward to going back again and having another yoga session with Punam.

  I highly recommended Punam at the Yogawellness Studio . I had my first one to one Yoga session today it was amazing . Very well structured , felt very relaxed and in control of my well-being . She is a very loving and patient teacher . I was taught a number of different poses .I feel if I continue with these sessions this will build up my confidence to continue Yoga in my everyday life . I felt the positive energy in the studio . Wow my body is feeling great already . I definitely escaped the stresses of everyday life while I was there . I’m so looking forward to my next appointment.
