  Lovely, clean and modern facilities for our cats. The owner is very attentive and caring, and looked after our 3 cats, with all their peculiarities, just fine. The cats returned home after 2 weeks in excellent physical and emotional shape ????

  Gabriela is a very lovely person who loved and looked after our 3 cats for 2 weeks. She paid attention to every detail of our (high maintenance) cats' needs and special diets. I'll really recommend this cat hotel to anyone who needs their cats being looked after.

  Fantastic service and really friendly to deal with. Will happily take Max back there again when we need somewhere for him to stay and I think he is hoping that will be sooner rather then later! Not sure he wanted to leave as he had such a good time! Fully recommend!

  My cat stayed at Longcroft Kenley for two weeks over the summer. He had a great time, he loved the large cat tree in his suite and I found him very well groomed. Gabriela sent me regular updates with photos and I could relax knowing he was in good hands. The cattery itself is very pretty, it is super clean, Frank received toys while he was there which I think kept up an element of novelty for him, there was a radio playing when I dropped him off and picked up and it was clear that he had been given lots of individual attention and care - Gabriela knew all her other guests very well and it was obvious her and Frank had gotten close during his stay there, she knew his personality and he was relaxed around her. Thanks so much and we'll be back!

  Amazing and immaculate! Gabriela put my mind at ease as it was their first time away from home and sent me regular photographs and updates which we loved. The suites are spacious, spotlessly clean and have a great cat tree for them to play on. They were clearly having a great time and loved all of the extra play sessions and daily pampering. They loved their holiday so much they didn't want to come home and when they did they settled straight back in without any sulking. We will definitely be back soon. I would highly recommend Longcroft Kenley.
