  I purchased a very large order through splendid pets to kit out my new grooming parlour, they advised me on the best products that will suit my needs and kept me updated every step of the way.
  The equipment I purchased is fantastic and great quality definitely worth every penny.
  
  I had an issue with the screen on one of my blasters a few months later, I sent it back to be repaired and the turn around was so quick it was back in 2 days!
  
  Massive Thankyou to Paris who has been great since I first come across splendid pets ????

  I have been a customer for 6 years, as are many of my friends on the show circuit. Never experienced a single issue. A courier caused an issue once, but one of the lovely ladies from the Splendid team chased them up and must have kicked them from here to next week, as my order turned up after hours delivered by the depot manager. That’s what I call splendid customer care.

  What a awesome site I have 2 large dogs and needed a large cage quick, Paris at Splendid Pets sorted everything out for me and it was delivered super fast,nice big strong cage, I will be buying all my dogs stuff from here top marks ????

  I contacted Splendid pets and spoke to a lovely lady called Paris Very helpful and took her time to answer all my questions I Purchased 2 metro 2-speed dog crate fans for my dogs in this heat we are having if I need to pop out and leave the dogs inside I also purchased a Guardian gear handi-drink and some dirt trapper floor matts excellent service quick postage and great customer service recommend buying from every time... Thank you

  UNBEATABLE customer service and insanely competitive prices!! 10 out of 10 stars any day. Big thumbs up. I started my grooming salon in December 2017, so contacted them to compare against 3 other companies. Splendid Pets blew all prices out of the water. Their personal care was actually astounding. Booked a Saturday delivery for all the goodies to arrive (went for the full Monty setup: emperor studio grooming table, electric bath, stand dryer, rosy rocket blaster and much much more believe me as my husband nearly divorced me once the credit card bill arrived hahaha) and despite them being closed Saturdays, I got a call Sat morning advising me of the exact delivery time... and then, wait for it.. another call in the afternoon to check that everything arrived safely and if I needed any advice to set anything up. The sweetest touch was the day my salon opened, a lovely flower bouquet arrived congratulating me and wishing me luck. It actually made me cry haha. Yesterday I bought new clipper blades at 5.30pm and they arrived at 9.05am this morning. That is customer service right there. Thanks guys and girls... you truly rock!!!
