    I tried two of the classes this week and they were fab. It was my first time in a gym after years of doing outdoor bootcamp and I loved it. The guys were friendly and encouraging. Definitely recommend.

    Best gym I've been to in 15 years (and I've been to many!) Lots of great equipment and James is really helpful in advising new ways to use it to maximize your workout

    Smash Fitness is a great place to train, all the PT's ensure you get the most out of your sessions, kit is excellent and the classes are varied and hard but really rewarding. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

    Finally a place to get a good workout in without having to wait ages for equipment! Tough classes combined with friendly trainers topped off with a work hard play hard environment. Goodbye packed out City gyms!
